Appraisal value during refinance would effect future sale price of the home? - recent home sale values
If you sell my mortgage refinance with a lower valuation is below the real price of housing purchase, not if I will influence at home in the future?
I bought the house about 15 months, 265K, and now I am trying to refinance the house, apparently evaluator lender has less value 15K. I doubt, not knowing if they come with a good value.
