Disneyland face vs atmosphere characters? - disneyland atmosphere character auditions
I know that the signs are that are strictly those that show her face, but signs of the atmosphere in the face? I mean, if Disneyland is casting for the atmosphere of the characters, this is absolutely costumes, hidden characters, including Mickey, Minnie, etc.?

Not sure of Disneyland, but armosphere in the world of the roles of Disney characters have to do with the park, not a Disney character. For example, it is more or Main Street. you get the idea.
From what I understand, the people named characters are not real atmosphere. I think that drives the work and one or two are assigned to each face / skin to the character of the "Help" where customers out of hand. Basically, any person without a name, which can be seen in an atmosphere character costume.
Atmosphere characters are not friends of Mickey, Goofy, Donald, etc. are neither his assistants. Atmosphere characters show their faces and are, for example, Queenie Square in New Orleans, the mayor of the main street of the pirates on Tom Sawyer's Iceland, etc.
