Every place has different rules for electrical work. Check that they are. Where I live, can a homeowner perform electrical work at home, but one that is paid, it should do so ok.

It depends on where you are. Approved in the United Kingdom, an electrician by the appropriate permissions to perform this work. In many parts of the United States, entitled to all the old Aunt Clara is burning wire and the house.
